Jazz Festival - Volunteers

One of the recurring themes we find when canvassing views of musicians who play at our annual Jazz festival is that they really appreciate the way they are looked after when they play for us.

This is because we have a brilliant team of volunteers! The Jazz Club aims to positively support musicians who perform for us at the Festival by providing a positive link to the Club by appointing stewards at each gig. These stewards provide an invaluable service to both performers and jazz fans in many ways which are really appreciated.

However the growing success of our annual festival means that each year we need more stewards to join our existing ones who provide such an excellent service. So if you can spare a couple of hours (or more!) over the weekend of the festival (Saturday 29 April to Monday 1 May) please consider joining our team of jazz lovers who help to make the annual festival such a memorable event. To volunteer or to get more information please contact Shaun Heffernan on shaunrv63@gmail.com

PS As well as being very worthwhile it’s also great fun!
