Annual General Meeting
A free gig - with an Annual General Meeting thrown in!
The AGM is a chance for members of Ribble Valley Jazz and Blues and friends to meet in a relaxed atmosphere, and get to have their say about how things are run. The 2017 AGM will be held on Wednesday 29th March at the Atrium Café, Clitheroe Castle, starting at 7pm. This year, our 10th birthday, it is an opportunity to look forward to the next 10 years! As ever, there will be musical entertainment, food and drink, with formalities kept to a minimum.
For more details, download the AGM 2017 Notice document below. Look forward to seeing you there!
Election of Directors
Part of the formalities of the AGM is the election of the Board of Directors for the next year. Since the last AGM there have been 2 retirements. All current directors will retire at the AGM, but are eligible and have been nominated by the Board for re-election. No other nominations have been received, so these are the only people standing for election. The Board recommends re-election of all the current directors, as listed below.
- Sue Bradley
- Alfred Cerezo
- Matt Collinge
- Paul Ellis
- Lorraine Grice
- Geoff Jackson
- Miles Peachey
