Annual General Meeting 2026
The AGM is a chance for members of Ribble Valley Jazz and Blues and friends to meet and have their say about how things are run.
The next AGM is to be held at 7.30pm on Wednesday 17 June 2026 at the Trinity Methodist Church and Community Hub, Wesleyan Row, Parson Lane, Clitheroe BB7 2JY.

Election of Directors
Part of the business of the AGM is the election of Board members (Directors) for the next year. The current Directors are:-
Phil Lee (Chair)
John Drury (Treasurer)
Phil Baugh
Sue Bradley
Kate Lowes
Robert Philips
All these directors will retire at the AGM but are eligible for re-election. No further nominations have been received, so these are the only candidates.
The Board proposes re-election of the current directors, subject to their willingness to continue.
If you want to vote in the election of Board members, but are not able to come to the meeting, please complete and return the Proxy Form according to the notes on the second page.
